In today's world, 500 million people practice meditation to find health, success, prosperity, and happiness. To get rid of stress, anxiety, and find inner peace, there is no alternative to meditation.

Hence 21st May has been declared to be the World Meditation Day in order to inspire people around the world to meditate. To celebrate World Meditation Day this year, we are launching daylong programs online. Universal group meditation will be held (live broadcast on this channel) at 9.30 AM. (BST) on May 21, 2021. Come join us from any part of the world from any time zone and let's unite in meditation.
